This invention is a device used to kill bacteria in grey water with hydrogen peroxide. This device is designed for use onboard water vessels that do not have access to sewage systems and are discharging grey water directly into the aquatic environment. This grey water treatment device uses a water treatment tank to collect and hold grey water for treatment. A switching mechanism senses when grey water is entering the treatment tank and signals a hydrogen peroxide pump to be activated thereby dosing the water within the tank with a solution of hydrogen peroxide. A baffle mechanism within the water treatment tank is used to ensure proper mixing of the grey water-hydrogen peroxide mixture. Following treatment of grey water the solution can then be discharged with substantially fewer bacteria than prior to treatment.
