The present invention relates to a new and improved low-concentration formulation of an active enamel substance, such as an enamel matrix, enamel matrix derivative and/or an enamel matrix protein, intended to be used as therapeutic, as prophylactic and/or as cosmetic agent. In the present invention, said active enamel substance is incorporated into a polymeric matrix, which is either suitable for cellular in-growth, or cell-occlusive. The active enamel substance can be incorporated into the polymeric matrix so that it is released by degradation of the polymeric matrix, by enzymatic action and/or by diffusion. Comprised in the invention is thus in particular a new pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic formulation of an active enamel substance at a lower total concentration within the formulation, wherein a spatial and/or selective regulation of release of said active enamel substance permits a greater percentage of the active enamel substance to be released at the time of appropriate cellular activity.
La présente invention concerne une préparation nouvelle et à faible concentration améliorée d'une substance active d'émail telle qu'une matrice d'émail, un dérivé de matrice d'émail et/ou une protéine de matrice d'émail, conçue pour être utilisée comme agent thérapeutique, prophylactique et/ou cosmétique. Dans le cadre de la présente invention, ladite substance active d'émail peut être intégrée dans la matrice polymère, qui soit convient pour une croissance cellulaire, soit est cyto-occlusive. Cette substance active d'émail peut être intégrée dans la matrice polymère de sorte qu'elle est libérée par dégradation de ladite matrice, par action enzymatique et/ou par diffusion. L'invention concerne en particulier une nouvelle préparation pharmaceutique et/ou cosmétique de substance active à base d'émail à faible concentration totale, dans laquelle une régulation spatiale et/ou sélective de ladite substance permet de libérer une proportion accrue de cette substance au moment d'une activité cellulaire appropriée.
