Telecommunication, monitoring and telesignalling network, comprising: a plurality of mobile signals receiving and transmitting terminals; a plurality of pick up elements, each one being able to be connected to said mobile terminals, each pick up element being placed in correspondence of a light point of the public lighting installation, and connected to said installation and provided with means for the transmission and the reception of signals through the lines of said public lighting installation; and a plurality of control units connected to said lighting installation, which are able to be connected to said pick up elements, each one of said control units being placed in a distribution substation of said lighting installation, and being connected with the bunch of pick up elements disposed on the light points connected to said substation, each control unit being provided with means for the transmission and reception of data to and from an operative station.
Cette invention concerne un réseau mondial de télécommunications, de contrôle et de télésignalisation, lequel comprend plusieurs terminaux mobiles d'émission et de réception de signaux. Ce réseau comprend également plusieurs éléments capteurs qui sont chacun connectés aux terminaux mobiles. Chaque élément capteur est placé en correspondance avec une source de lumière d'un système d'éclairage public, et connecté à ce système. Ces éléments capteurs sont également équipés de systèmes qui assurent la réception et l'émission de signaux par l'intermédiaire des lignes du système d'éclairage public. Ce réseau comprend enfin plusieurs unités de commande qui sont connectées au système d'éclairage public. Ces unités peuvent être connectées aux éléments capteurs, et sont chacune disposées dans une sous-station de répartition dudit système d'éclairage. Ces unités de commande sont en outre connectées à l'ensemble des éléments capteurs qui sont disposés sur les sources de lumière elles-mêmes connectées à ladite sous-station. Chaque unité de commande comprend un système de réception et d'émission de données depuis et vers une station de contrôle des opérations.
