The present inventions provides an array of polymers and method of forming arrays of polymers by providing a substrate having a first layer including one or more dielectric coatings on a solid support and a second layer including a plurality of polymers disposed on the first layer. The invention also provides methods for forming an array of polymers on a substrate using light-directed synthesis by providing a substrate having a first layer including one or more dielectric coating on a solid support; derivatizing the first layer by contacting the first layer with a silanation reagent, and a second layer disposed on said first layer wherein the second layer includes functional groups protected with a photolabile protecting group.
L'invention concerne un arrangement de polymères et des procédés de formation d'arrangements de polymères, consistant à former un substrat présentant une première couche comprenant un ou plusieurs revêtements diélectriques sur un support solide, et une seconde couche comprenant une pluralité de polymères disposés sur la première couche. L'invention concerne également des procédés de formation d'un arrangement de polymères sur un substrat, par synthèse en lumière dirigée, consistant à former un substrat présentant une première couche comprenant un ou plusieurs revêtements diélectriques sur un support solide ; et à former la première couche en mettant en contact la première couche avec un agent de silanation, et une seconde couche appliquée sur ladite première couche, la seconde couche comprenant des groupes fonctionnels protégés par un groupe de protection photolabile.
