Abstract The invention relates to the therapeutic use of vasodilators and calcium antagonists in combination in the treatment of deficiencies in cerebral blood supply. The vasodilator and calcium antagonist show a selectivity of site of action and are effective in increasing cerebral blood supply without adversely affecting other physiological parameters such as blood pressure and heart rate.
