The present invention relates to a stent (1) comprising a tubular flexible body (2) whose wall (3) has a web structure (4) which can pass from a non-expanded state into an expanded state. The web structure (4) comprises a plurality of neighboring web patterns (5, 6) which, in turn, consist of adjoining webs (9, 10 and 9', 10', respectively). The web patterns (5, 6) are interconnected. Each web (9, 10 and 9', 10', respectively) comprises three portions (9a, 9b, 9c and 10a, 10b, 10c, respectively) that are arranged at an angle (.alpha., .beta.) relative to one another.

L'invention concentre un tuteur intravasculaire comportant un corps tubulaire souple dont la paroi présente une structure de type entretoise pouvant passer d'un état non expansé à un état expansé. Cette structure de type entretoise comporte une pluralité de modèles d'entretoise (5, 6) adjacents dont chacun est composé d'entretoises (9, 10 ou 9', 10') alignées les unes à côté des autres. Les modèles d'entretoise (5, 6) sont interconnectés. Chaque entretoise (9, 10 ou 9', 10') présente trois zones partielles (9a, 9b, 9c ou 10a, 10b, 10c) disposées les unes par rapport aux autres de manière à former un angle ( alpha , beta ).
