A complete seamless honeycomb structure, comprising a coresheet (103) of cell between two facesheets (H1, H2), either in the form of a flat or curved panel. This structure is extruded in a direction perpendicular to the direction of axes of the cells from all combinations of extrudable and mutually fusible materials (142, 143) and completed in one technological sequence without welding, chemical bonding, gluing and the like assembly operations. The method of manufacturing is characterized by continuously extruding a coresheet (103) which is continually deformed in the direction perpendicular to the extrusion into a coresheet (103). Then, simultaneously and continuously extruding facesheets (H1, H2) and joining them to the coresheet (103), by fusion bonding, while adjoining materials in the zones of connection are still in their mutually fusible state thereby forming a seamless honeycomb structure.

L'invention concerne une structure alvéolaire complète sans soudure, qui comporte une feuille noyau (103) de cellules entre deux feuilles faciales (H1, H2), en forme d'un panneau soit plat soit courbe. Cette structure est extrudée dans une direction perpendiculaire à celle des axes des cellules, et constituée d'une combinaison de matériaux extrudables et mutuellement fusibles (142, 143) et achevée en une seule séquence technologique, sans soudure ultérieure, liaison chimique, collage ou autres opérations d'assemblage analogues. Ce procédé de fabrication est caractérisé par l'extrusion continue d'une feuille noyau (103) qui est déformée de manière continue, dans une direction perpendiculaire à l'extrusion dans une feuille noyau (103), puis par l'extrusion simultanée et continue des feuilles faciales (H1, H2) et leur assemblage à la feuille noyau (103), par assemblage par fusion, alors que des matériaux adjacents dans les zones de jonction sont encore à l'état mutuellement fusible, ce qui forme une structure alvéolaire sans soudure.
