Multi-pronged insulating connectors used in manufacturing insulative composite wall structures. At least a substantial portion of the connector is injection molded in a single step from an appropriate resinous material or moldable plastic. One or more prongs of connector (10) have a substantially pointed end for facilitating penetration of connector (10) through an insulating layer and an unhardened structural material, such as concrete. The opposite end, or gripping segment, includes a bridging structure for connecting the multiple prongs together and structure for facilitating gripping of the connector during placement in the insulating layer and first unhardened structural layer. The connectors include structures for helping to anchor the connectors within the structural layers upon hardening.
L'invention concerne des connecteurs isolants à plusieurs broches utilisés dans la fabrication de structures murales composites isolantes. Au moins une partie substantielle de ce connecteur est moulée par injection, au cours d'une seule étape, à partir d'un plastique moulable ou d'un matériau résineux approprié. L'une des broches du connecteur (10), ou d'avantage, présente une extrémité sensiblement pointue destinée à faciliter la pénétration du connecteur (10) dans une couche isolante et dans un matériau structural non durci tel que du béton. L'extrémité opposée, ou segment de préhension, présente une structure de connexion destinée à connecter ensemble les multiples broches, ainsi qu'une structure permettant de faciliter la préhension du connecteur au cours de son installation dans la couche isolante et la première couche structurale non durcie. Ces connecteurs comportent des structures destinées à faciliter la fixation de ces connecteurs au sein des couches structurales après durcissement.
