ABSTRACT An improved handheld meat tenderizer is disclosed having a much simpler structure for removing and replacing blades. Previously, a tedious realignment procedure was necessary to replace a blade or blades. With the present invention only one screw or bolt is removed from a removable panel. The panel is then removed exposing the blades underneath which are then easily removed and replaced.
