A hearing aid to be placed in the auditory canal. This hearing aid is composed of one side that is fitted near the outside of the ear and another side that has to be fitted facing the eardrum. The two sides are connected to each other by way of a curvature. This curvature is such that the hearing aid can be used either on the left or on the right by further special measures such as central positioning of the microphone input in the head end face of the one side, making use of only two angles of curvature of approximately 15~ and approximately 45~, and using switching means. In this way it is possible to provide a hearing aid that can be used either on the left or on the right.
L'invention concerne un appareil de correction auditive destiné à être placé dans le canal auditif. Cet appareil est composé d'une section placée à proximité de la partie externe de l'oreille et d'une autre section destinée à être installée face au tympan. Les deux sections sont reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'une courbure. Cette courbure est conçue de telle manière que l'appareil de correction auditive peut être utilisé aussi bien à droite qu'à gauche, grâce à d'autres mesures spéciales telles qu'un positionnement central de l'entrée microphone sur la face terminale côté tête d'une des sections, l'utilisation de deux angles de courbure seulement, d'approximativement 15 · et 45·, et l'utilisation de moyens de commutation. On obtient ainsi un appareil de correction auditive qui peut être utilisé soit du côté gauche, soit du côté droit.
