The present invention relates to an alimentary component comprising a physiologically acceptable phosphorus binding agent, in particular polyallylamine hydrochloride, polyallylamine carbonate, lanthanum carbonate, aluminium hydroxide, magnesium acetate, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, calcium acetate, calcium citrate, calcium alginate, styrene divinylbenzene ionic exchange resin, stabilized polynuclear iron hydroxide, calcium acetate plus magnesium carbonate and chitosan. Said component is useful in the nutrition of subjects in need of a low phosphorus level diet.
La présente invention concerne un composant alimentaire comprenant un agent liant à base de phosphore physiologiquement acceptable, en particulier le chlorhydrate de polyallylamine, le carbonate de polyallylamine, le carbonate de lanthane, l'hydroxyde d'aluminium, l'acétate de magnésium, le carbonate de magnésium, le carbonate de calcium, l'acétate de calcium, le citrate de calcium, l'alginate de calcium, une résine d'échange ionique de type styrène divinylbenzène, un hydroxyde de fer polynucléaire stabilisé, l'acétate de calcium avec du carbonate de magnésium et le chitosane. Ledit composant est utile dans la nutrition de sujets nécessitant un régime à faible taux de phosphore.
