A shrink film comprises a skin layer and a base layer. The skin layer may comprise polystyrene or modified polyester. The base layer may comprise alpha- olefin/cyclic-olefin copolymer or alpha-olefin/vinyl aromatic copolymer. The film has a free shrink at 1000C of at least about 10%. The film is useful for shrink sleeve applications.

L'invention concerne un film thermorétractable comprenant une couche pelliculaire et une couche de base. La couche pelliculaire peut contenir du polystyrène ou du polyester modifié. La couche de base peut contenir un copolymère d'alpha-oléfine/oléfine cyclique ou un copolymère d'alpha-oléfine/vinyle aromatique. Le film possède un rétrécissement libre à 1000 °C d'au moins environ 10%. Le film est utile dans des applications de manchon thermorétractable.
