Disposable hypodermic syringe, comprising a tube, with its front part narrowed and adapted to receive a hypodermic needle, and a hollow piston capable of sliding through the inside of the tube; obturating devices laid across and held in operative position by the head of the needle; a spring, that tends to push the needle towards the inside of the tube; a closing device of the piston's cavity; and irreversible joining devices to fit other complementary joining devices placed at the head of the needle. The afore mentioned obturating devices are composed of a discoid part made of a slightly flexible material, having a central countersinked hole to receive the head of the needle that passes through it. This discoid part has, on its front side, appendages adapted to operate on the retention devices as the discoid part is pushed forward by the front end of the piston, when it completes its operative run. The mentioned retention devices are constituted by many flexible tongues which rise from the wall of the tube in a slanting angle, pointing forward and inward, and which are set so that they become fitted into a ring-shaped external groove made round the outside of the needle's head, from where they areremoved as they are bent by means of the pushing action of the appendages of theobturating discoid part previously mentioned.
Seringue hypodermique jetable composée d'un tube dont la partie avant est profilée et conçue pour recevoir une aiguille hypodermique et d'un piston creux pouvant coulisser à l'intérieur du tube; de dispositifs d'obturation placées en travers et maintenus en position de fonctionnement par la tête de l'aiguille; un ressort qui tend à pousser l'aiguille vers l'intérieur du tube, un dispositif de fermeture de la cavité du piston et des dispositifs d'accrochage irréversibles pour s'adapter à d'autres dispositifs d'accrochage complémentaires placés à la tête de l'aiguille. Les dispositifs d'obturation susmentionnés sont composés d'une partie discoïde faite d'un matériau légèrement flexible portant un trou évasé en son centre pour recevoir la tête de l'aiguille qui le traverse. Cette partie discoïde porte sur sa partie avant des appendices adaptés pour agir sur les dispositifs de rétention lorsque la partie discoïde est poussée vers l'avant par la partie avant du piston qui arrive en fin de course. Les dispositifs de rétention mentionnés sont constitués de nombreuses languettes flexibles qui s'élèvent de la paroi du tube selon un angle incliné, pointant vers l'avant et l'intérieur, et qui sont montées de manière à se retrouver à l'intérieur d'une gorge extérieure en forme d'anneau autour de l'extérieur de la tête de l'aiguille, d'où elle sont déplacées à mesure qu'elles sont repliées par la poussée des appendices du dispositif d'obturation discoïde susmentionné.
