A process for producing moxas which comprises mixing 90 % of carbonized wormwood with 5 % of ceramic powder and 5 % of the powder of Pterocarpus Indicus. According to the process of the invention, the smoke and bad smell is not generated during burning of the moxibusting implement. Without regard to place and quantity to use of the moxibusting implement, there is not an injury to a third preson. The moxibusting implement of the present invention is suitable to use for Westerners.
