The invention relates to compounds of general formula (1) in which R1 = H, F or OCH´3? and may occupy the 2, 3, 4 or 5 position on the aromatic carbocycle, R2 = H or CH´3?, R3 = H, CH´3?, OH or OCH´3?, R4 = H and R3 and R4 together can be a carbonyl group (C=0), the addition salts and optionally the hydrates of additional salts with pharmaceutically-acceptable mineral or organic acids and the isomers and tautomers thereof.
L'invention concerne des compos~s de formule g~n~rale (1) dans laquelle : - R1 repr~sente un atome d'hydrog~ne, un atome de fluor ou un groupe m~thoxyle (OCH~3). Le substituant R1 sur le carbocycle aromatique peut occuper la position 2, 3, 4 ou 5 ; - R2 repr~sente un atome d'hydrog~ne ou un groupe m~thyle ; - R3 repr~sente un atome d'hydrog~ne, un groupe m~thyle, un groupe hydroxyle (OH) ou un groupe m~thoxyle (OCH~3) ; - R4 est un atome d'hydrog~ne ; - R3 et R4 repr~sentent ensemble un groupe carbonyle (C=0) ; leurs sels d'addition et ~ventuellement les hydrates des sels d'addition avec les acides min~raux ou les acides organiques pharmaceutiquement acceptables ainsi que leurs isom~res et leurs tautom~res.
