The invention relates to an evaporator device of the type that is used to diffuse fragrances, insecticides and other substances housed in a container (1) in the form of two immiscible liquids. The inventive device comprises: two wicks (2, 2') which extend from the interior of the container (1), in contact with the liquid(s), to the exterior of the container and into the evaporation area thereof; and a sealing lid (3) which closes the container (1) and through which the wicks (2, 2') extend. According to the invention, one of the wicks (2) is equipped with an impermeable layer (4) which extends from the lower end thereof to the sealing lid (3) of the container (1), such as to prevent contact with one of the liquids and to enable the other liquid to enter the wick (2) only through the lower end thereof, thereby rendering the manner in which each liquid leaves each wick (2, 2') independent of each other.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'évaporation biphasique utilisé dans la diffusion de parfums, d'insecticides ou d'autres substances logées dans un récipient (1) sous forme de deux liquides non miscibles. Ledit dispositif comprend deux mèches (2, 2') s'étendant de l'intérieur du récipient (1), en contact avec le ou les liquides, jusqu'à l'extérieur, dans une zone d'évaporation, ainsi qu'un couvercle (3) d'obturation fermant le récipient (1) et traversé par les mèches (2, 2'). Une des mèches (2) est pourvue d'une couche imperméable (4) s'étendant de son extrémité inférieure jusqu'au couvercle (3) d'obturation du récipient (19), évitant tout contact avec un des liquides, et facilitant l'entrée de l'autre liquide dans la mèche (2) uniquement par son extrémité inférieure, permettant ainsi de séparer la sortie de chaque liquide par chaque mèche (2, 2').
