A novel ligand composite which is effectively utilizable for analyzing a function of a protein; a ligand-supporting object; and a method of analyzing a protein. The ligand composite has a structure which comprises: a linker compound having a structure represented by the following general formula (1): (wherein n and p each is an integer of 0 to 6) in which X is a structure comprising one, two, or three hydrocarbon derivative chains which have an aromatic amino group at the end and may have a carbon-nitrogen bond in the main chain, Y is a hydrocarbon structure containing one or more sulfur atoms, and Z is a linear structure comprising a carbon-carbon bond or carbon-oxygen bond; and a sugar which has a reducing end and is bonded to the linker compound through the aromatic amino group.
Un nouveau composite de ligand qui est efficacement utilisable pour analyser une fonction protéinique ; un objet support de ligand ; et une méthode d~analyse d~une protéine. Le composite de ligand possède une structure qui comprend : un compose de lieur ayant une structure représentée par la formule générale suivante (1) : (1) (où n et p sont respectivement un nombre entier de 0 à 6) où X est une structure comprenant un, deux ou trois chaînes dérivées qui possèdent un groupe aromatique aminé à son extrémité et qui peut avoir une liaison carbone-azote dans la chaîne principale, Y est une structure hydrocarbonée contenant un ou plusieurs atomes de soufre et Z est une structure linéaire comprenant une liaison carbone-carbone ou une liaison carbone-oxygène ; et un sucre qui possède une extrémité réductrice et se trouve lié au composé du lien par l~intermédiaire du groupe aromatique aminé.
