The method comprises treating the subject with one or more cyclooxygenase-2 selective inhibitor(s), ester(s), salt(s) or prodrug(s) thereof, wherein the amount of the cyclooxygenase-2 selective inhibitor(s), ester(s), salt(s) or prodrug(s) thereof constitutes a PD treatment, inhibition or prevention effective amount of the COX 2 inhibitor(s).
