The invention concerns a waiting station (1) designed to be set on a pavement (2) located right next to the road or to the track, comprising a protection wall (29) on its front lateral surface. Said station can be acceded to by its lateral faces or from the rear. Its internal space is divided into an ongoing waiting zone (13) preceded by a short-time waiting zone (14). Said station comprises a passage for boarding-disembarking on the road/track side on a threshold (22) physically representing the access door to the vehicle when it has stopped. The threshold (22) is covered by a canopy (25) extending the station roof (9) in a overhang at the vehicle access door, producing a protected access passage to the vehicle. The invention is of interest for those responsible for urban planning and for manufacturers of urban equipment and public transport vehicles.
La station d'attente (1), destinée à être placée sur un trottoir (2) en bordure immédiate de la chaussée ou de la voie, comporte une paroi de protection (29) sur sa face latérale avant. L'accès à cette station s'effectue par ses faces latérales ou par l'arrière. Son espace intérieur est divisé en une zone d'attente de longue durée (13) précédée d'une zone d'attente de courte durée (14). Cette station comporte un passage pour l'embarquement- débarquement qui débouche côté voie sur un seuil (22) matérialisant l'emplacement d'une porte d'accès du véhicule lorsqu'il est à l'arrêt. Le seuil (22) est surmonté par un auvent (25) prolongeant le toit (9) de la station et surplombant le véhicule au niveau de sa porte d'entrée, réalisant un passage protégé d'accès au véhicule. Cette invention intéresse les responsables de l'aménagement urbain, les fabricants d'équipements urbains et de véhicules de transport en commun.
