A method of pill medicine for killing spirilla comprising the steps of preparing mercurous chloride, preparing gypsum, mixing and grinding the mercurous chloride and gypsum into powder, mixing raw pork with the powder of the mercurous chloride and gypsum by stirring, kneading the mixture of the mercurous chloride, gypsum and raw pork into a plurality of pills and then deep frying the pills with sesame oil at 150 degrees centigrade for 3 minutes, cooling the pills for 1 hour, and freezing the pills at-30 degrees centigrade for 24 hours, whereby all spirilla will be effectively eradicated simply by dosing orally without having surgery or injection and will be then discharged out of the body of a patient together with excretion and urine.
