Coherent modulation schemes for CPM signals. The disclosed schemes avoid the error probability increase due to the differential encoding by using a coherent encoder. A simple demodulator can be implemented by using a Nyquist-3 CPM scheme with coherent encoding. Such a scheme can be demodulated in substantially the same manner as signals modulated using M-PSK.

Ces schémas permettent d'éviter l'augmentation de la probabilité d'erreur due au codage différentiel par l'utilisation d'un codeur cohérent. On peut mettre en service un simple démodulateur par l'utilisation d'un schéma de CPM Nyquist-3 comportant un codage cohérent. Ce schéma peut être démodulé sensiblement de la même manière que des signaux modulés au moyen de M-PSK.
