An inflatable bag assembly (11) for a dock leveler (1) including a stack of superimposed bags (20, 21) which are joined together along contiguous surfaces. The interiors of the bags are connected to a suitable source of low pressure gas such as air. The stack of superimposed bags is positioned between a supporting surface (5) on a loading dock (3) and a ramp (6) which is hinged to the dock and is movable between a horizontal position and an upwardly inclined position. By supplying air to the bag assembly (11), the bag assembly (11) is inflated thereby moving the ramp (6) from the horizontal to the upwardly inclined position.
L'invention se rapporte à un ensemble de sacs gonflables (11) destiné à un appareil de quai pour mise à niveau (1), cet ensemble comprenant une pile de sacs superposés (20, 21) qui sont réunis le long de surfaces contiguës. L'intérieur des sacs est raccordé à une source appropriée de gaz basse pression, tel que l'air. La pile de sacs superposés est placée entre une surface-support (5) d'un quai de chargement (3) et une rampe (6) qui est montée pivotante sur le quai de chargement, et peut se déplacer entre une position horizontale et une position inclinée vers le haut.
