Inflatable and radially deformable tubular sleeve for the casing or obturation of a well (P) or a pipe. The wall of the sleeve (1) is provided with a series of breakable restraining rings (2) axially offset with respect to each other and intended to be broken one after the other in the longitudinal direction of the sleeve inflated by an internal pressure fluid (p). Thus, the liquid (B) present in the well is progressively discharged, thereby avoiding the formation of pockets outside the casing. Application to the oil industry.
