The invention concerns a novel oral formulation with immediate release of morphine sulphate in the form of microgranules. Each microgranule comprises a neutral support grain coated with a mixture of morphine sulphate and a binding agent such as hydroxypropylmethylcellulose representing 10 to 50 wt. % of the morphine sulphate/binding agent mixture. The invention also concerns a method for preparing said microgranules produced entirely in aqueous medium on neutral support grains. The invention further concerns pharmaceutical preparations containing said microgranules.
La présente invetion concerne une nouvelle formulation orale à libération de sulfate de morphine sous forme de migrogranules. Chaque microgranule comprend un grain support neutre enrobé d'un mélange de sulfate de morphine et d'un liant comme l'hydroxypropylméthylcellulose, qui représente 10 à 50% en poids du mélange sulfate de morphine/liant. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de ces microgranules entièrement réalisé en milieu aqueux sur des grains jupports neutres. La présente invention concerne enfin les préparations pharmaceutiques contenant les microgranules selon l'invention.
