ABSTRACT Two substantially identical tray members cooperate to define an enclosed space for a pizza pie or the like, each having a circular base wall, a frusto-conical side wall and an annular flange. A rib and groove arrangement in the flanges allows the tray members to remain concentric while mutually rotating between one angulation wherein a locking arrangement is disengaged, and a second angulation in which the locking arrangement is engaged.
