it is intended to provide PDE10A inhibitors which are useful in preventing or treating Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, Alzheimer's disease or integration dysfunction syndrome. A phosphodiesterase 10A inhibitor characterized by containing, as the active ingredient, a pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridine derivative represented by the following general formula (1) (see formula 1) is useful in preventing or treating Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, Alzheimer's disease or integration dysfunction syndrome: (1) wherein R1 and R2 independently represent each hydrogen or C1-4 lower alkyl; and R3 represents hydrogen, C1-4 lower alkyl or C1-3 lower alkoxy.

La présente invention concerne des inhibiteurs de phosphodiestérate 10A (PDE10A) qui conviennent pour prévenir ou traiter la maladie de Parkinson, la maladie de Huntington, la maladie d'Alzheimer ou un syndrome de dysfonctionnement de l'intégration. Un inhibiteur de phosphodiestérase 10A qui se caractérise en ce qu'il contient, comme substance active, un dérivé de pyrazolo(1,5-)pyridine représenté par la formule générale suivante (I), convient pour prévenir ou traiter la maladie de Parkinson, la maladie de Huntington, la maladie d'Alzheimer ou un syndrome de dysfonctionnement de l'intégration: (I).
