The invention relates to a method for producing a thin-walled container having a large volume, greater than two litres, including the following steps: the cold- or hot-forming of a preform having a neck and a mouth intended to receive a plug such as to form the desired volume, whereby said preform can exhibit residual stresses after it has been formed to produce the desired volume; and the use of a ratio of container weight/expanded container surface of between 150g/m2 and 250g/m2, more particularly between 150g/m2 and 200g/m2. The invention also relates to the container and to the device for receiving said container.
L'objet de l'invention est un procédé de fabrication d'un contenant de grande capacité, supérieure à 2 litres, à paroi mince, comprenant les étapes suivantes : mise en fonne au volume recherché, à chaud ou à froid, dune préforme ayant un col et un goulot destiné à recevoir un bouchon, cette préfonne étant susceptible de présenter des contraintes résiduelles après sa mise en forme au volume recherché, utilisation d'un ratio poids de matière/surface développée dudit contenant comprise entre 150g/m2 et 250g/m2 plus particulièrement entre 150g/m 2 et 200g/m 2. L'invention couvre aussi le contenant et le dispositif de réception de ce contenant.
