In a method and arrangement for allocating prosthetic installation work between at least three parties (A, B, C) a dental situation and fixture application are simulated on a computer screen by the first party. The second party produces first components in connection with the prosthetic installation with the aid of a recording and said simulation. Second components are supplied by the third party (C) and the prosthetic installation is assembled and fitted by the first party by means of said first and second components. The recording includes first and second readings of a loose prosthesis and a portion supporting the prosthetic insallation. The simulation includes collation of representations of the readings on a computer screen. Simulated fixture applications are constructed and a model is produced by one of said parties, or a fourth party. An assembly template guides hole-forming members in an actual substrate in directions which correspond to the directions of the fixtures. A dental bridge is provided with attachment holes which connect to the holes formed in the substrate. Fixtures are applied in said formed holes by the first party and the dental bridge is secured in or on said fixtures. The invention also relates to a computer program in connection with the above.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant de répartir la réalisation d'installation prothétique entre trois intervenants (A, B, C), un premier intervenant simulant une situation dentaire et une application de fixation sur un écran d'ordinateur. Un deuxième intervenant produit une première série de composants en relation avec l'installation prothétique à l'aide d'un enregistrement et de cette simulation. Un troisième intervenant produit une deuxième série de composants. L'installation prothétique est assemblée et montée par le premier intervenant à l'aide de ces premiers et deuxièmes composants. L'enregistrement comporte des premières et des deuxièmes lectures d'une prothèse amovible et une partie supportant l'installation prothétique. La simulation comporte le regroupement de représentations des lectures sur un écran d'ordinateur. Des applications de fixation simulées sont conçues et un modèle est produit par un desdits intervenants ou un quatrième intervenant. Un gabarit d'assemblage guide des éléments de formation de trous dans un substrat actuel dans les directions qui correspondent aux directions des fixations. On obtient un bridge dentaire pourvu de trous de fixation qui se connectent aux trous réalisés dans le substrat. Des fixations sont appliquées dans les trous ainsi réalisés par le premier intervenant et le bridge dentaire est fixé dans ou sur ces fixations. L'invention concerne également un programme d'ordinateur en relation avec ce qui précède.
