The present invention relates to the use of a glial cell line-derived growth factor (GDNF) or a functionally active derivative or part thereof and/or an agonist which substitutes the functional activity of GDNF, and/or a nucleic acid containing at least a nucleotide sequence encoding the primary amino acid sequence of GDNF or the functionally active derivative or part thereof and/or of the agonist for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical composition for epidermal and stromal wound healing.

La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un facteur de croissance neurotrophique issu des cellules gliales (GDNF) ou d'un dérivé ou d'une partie fonctionnellement active de ce dernier et/ou d'un agoniste qui remplace l'activité fonctionnelle du GDNF, et/ou d'un acide nucléique contenant au moins une séquence nucléotidique codant la séquence d'acides aminés primaire du GDNF ou du dérivé ou la partie fonctionnellement active et/ou de l'agoniste de ce dernier dans la fabrication d'une composition pharmaceutique destinée à la cicatrisation des plaies épidermiques et stromales.
