An inventive method for making a parallel passage contactor structure comprising multiple sheet material layers is provided. A substantially continuous printing device, such as a rotary screen printer, or optionally alternative suitable substantially continuous printing means including for example repeated non-rotary screen or stencil printing, may be used to affix printed spacers comprising a printed spacer ink onto a substantially continuous web of a chosen sheet material, which may subsequently be spirally wound about a mandrel to form a spiral parallel passage contactor structure with multiple sheet material layers spaced apart from each other by the affixed printed spacer means to form fluid flow channels.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une structure de contacteur à passages parallèles qui comprend des couches de matériau en feuille multiples. Un dispositif d'impression sensiblement continue, tel qu'une imprimante à cadres rotatifs, ou éventuellement d'autres moyens d'impression continue adaptés comprenant par exemple l'impression répétée avec cadres non rotatifs ou stencil, peut être utilisé pour fixer des entretoises d'impression contenant une encre d'entretoise d'impression sur une bande sensiblement continue d'un matériau en feuilles choisi, lequel matériau peut être ultérieurement enroulé autour d'un mandrin pour former une structure de contacteur à passages parallèles en spirale composée de couches de matériau en feuille multiples séparées les unes des autres par les entretoises d'impression fixés pour former des canaux d'écoulement de fluide.
