A mounting device (50) is described for mounting structural double glazing to a building. The mounting device (50) has a first member (1) including a male portion (6) and a second member (2) including a female portion (16). The male portion (6) is adapted to be inserted through a hole (33) in a pane of glass member (31) to be mounted on the building, and to engage with the female portion (16) on the second member (2) located on the other side of the pane of glass (31) from the first member (1). Each of the first and second members (1, 2) have a face portion (11, 17) substantially parallel to and facing each other, and a sealing member comprising an "O"-ring (4) located on the face portion (11, 17) of each of the first and second members (1, 2). Each "O"-ring (4) is adapted to sealingly engage between the first or the second member (1, 2), respectively and a respective face (34, 35) of the pane of glass (31) when the male portion (6) is engaged with the female portion (16), and a mounting means (9) to permit the mounting device (50) to be mounted on the building.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de montage (50) permettant le montage de double vitrage dans un bâtiment. Ce dispositif (50) est constitué d'un premier élément (1) présentant une partie mâle (6) et d'un second élément (2) comprenant une partie femelle (16). La partie mâle (6) est adaptée pour s'insérer dans un trou (33) dans un pan d'une vitre (31) de manière à être montée sur le bâtiment et pour entrer en contact avec la partie femelle (16) située sur le second élément (2) se trouvant sur l'autre côté du pan de vitre (31). Chaque élément (1, 2) présente une partie avant (11, 17) sensiblement parallèle et opposée à l'autre et un élément d'étanchéité comprenant un joint torique (4) placé sur la partie avant (11, 17) de chaque élément (1, 2). Chaque joint torique (4) est conçu pour s'engager de manière étanche entre le premier ou second élément (1, 2) et une face respective (34, 35) du pan de vitre (31) lorsque la partie mâle (6) est en contact avec la partie femelle (16). On prévoit aussi des éléments de montage (9) permettant le montage du dispositif de montage (50) sur le bâtiment.
