Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à injecter préalablement le support (7) entre le poinçon (6) et une première matrice (4) correspondante, et successivement la peau (9) entre le même poinçon (6) et une seconde matrice (5) correspondante, amenée par transfert devant le poinçon unique (6), fixe en translation.
