A method and apparatus for a seal assembly for a unitized wellhead system for land or platform applications utilizes a friction grip technology to create maintainable metal-to-metal seals with finely-controlled contact stresses, lock-down casing and tubing hangers, support test loads to minimize the site of landing shoulders required, and to rotationally lock casing hangers to provide simplified running procedures. The system can be used in combination with a friction grip clamping assembly to greatly streamline the wellhead design.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour un ensemble d'étanchéité destiné à un système de tête de puits en exploitation concertée pour des applications terrestres et sur plate-forme. Cette invention met en oeuvre une technologie de prise par frottement afin de créer des joints métal-sur-métal pouvant être entretenus, avec des contraintes de contact finement commandées, de verrouiller des dispositifs de suspension pour coffrage et colonne de production, et de supporter des charges de test en vue de minimiser la taille des épaulements d'accrochage nécessaires et de bloquer en rotation des dispositifs de suspension pour coffrage, simplifiant alors les opérations d'exploitation.
