Process for the manufacture of a microporous membrane gel plate, using a cartridge comprising a rectangular frame (10) and a detachable bottom plate, means for uniformly tensioning a membrane positioned on the frame (10), and means for spreading the liquid gel inside the frame between the tensioned membrane and the detachable bottom plate, the latter carrying a comb in the gel plate (26) for forming wells (24) to receive macromolecule samples. The invention facilitates and speeds up the manufacture of microporous membrane gel plates for the separation and transfer of macromolecules by electrophoresis.
ABREGE L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque de gel à membrane microporeuse, au moyen d'une cassette comprenant un cadre rectangulaire (10) et une plaque de fond amovible, des moyens (42) de tension sensiblement uniforme d'une membrane posée sur le cadre (10), et de moyens de coulée de gel liquide dans le cadre entre la membrane tendue et la plaque de fond amovible, celle-ci portant un peigne de formation, dans la plaque de gel (26), de puits (24) de réception d'échantillons de macromolécules. L'invention permet une fabrication facile et rapide de plaques de gel à membrane microporeuse pour la séparation et le transfert de macromolécules par électro- phorèse. Figure 1.
