Pharmaceutical composition which is useful as a medicinal product, in particular for the treatment of disorders of the central nervous system, characterized in that it contains customary pharmaceutical excipients, and at least one of the compounds of formula (see fig. I) in which the trifluoromethyl substituent is at the 4-position, at the 5-position, or at 4- and 5-positions of the pyridinyl ring, and the substituent R denotes either hydrogen or a halogen, such as chlorine, at position(s) of the pyridinyl ring not occupied by CF3, and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
Composition pharmaceutique, utile comme produit médicinal, notamment pour le traitement de troubles du système nerveux central. Elle renferme les excipients pharmaceutiques habituels, et au moins un des constituants de formule (voir fig. I) - où le substituant trifluorométhyle est en position 4, en position 5 ou en positions 4 et 5 du noyau pyridinyle; le substituant R représente soit de l'hydrogène, soit un halogène, comme le chlore, sur une ou des positions du noyau pyridinyle non occupée(s) par CF3 - ou l'un de ses sels pharmacocompatibles.
