The invention relates to a method for producing an insulating pack (10), according to which a stack (9) of metallic lamellae is cold-welded simultaneously along a predefined contour and separated from a remaining area. The insulating pack produced according to the invention preferably has a plurality of knobbed and/or perforated aluminium foils (12, 14, 16) and at least one stretch film (18) and is characterized by a narrow welding seam (20) extending along the edge. The insulating pack can be used as an insulating part on its own or loosely inserted into an additional supporting or covering layer. Such insulating parts can be configured in an acoustically active manner and are used in the motor industry, machine industry and/or electronic or computer industry. Means for carrying out the method provided for in the invention provide for the use of a cutting blade with two cutting flanks. A preferred version of the cutting blade has cutting flanks inclined at different angles and can be configured as a rotary blade.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer un noyau feuilleté isolant (10), selon lequel il est prévu de souder à froid une pile (9) de feuillards métalliques le long d'un contour prédéterminé et de la séparer d'une zone résiduelle. Le noyau feuilleté isolant produit selon l'invention comporte une pluralité de feuilles d'aluminium (12, 14, 16) à excroissances et/ou perforées et au moins un film "stretch" étirable (18) et se caractérise en ce qu'il présente une fine soudure (20) qui court le long du bord. Ce noyau feuilleté isolant peut s'utiliser directement comme partie isolante ou être introduit de manière lâche dans une couche support ou de protection supplémentaire. Les pièces isolantes de ce type peuvent être conçues de manière à être efficaces sur le plan acoustique et s'utilisent dans l'industrie automobile, dans l'industrie mécanique et/ou respectivement dans l'industrie électronique et informatique. Selon des moyens de mise en oeuvre dudit procédé, il est prévu d'utiliser une lame de séparation avec deux flancs de séparation. Dans un mode préféré de réalisation, cette lame de séparation présente des flancs de séparation à forte inclinaison différenciée et peut se présenter sous forme de lame circulaire.
