A computer-implemented system and method to provide options on products to enhance customers' experience. A computer-implemented system is operated that delivers to a customer an option to utilize up to n of m selected products, where n is less than or equal to m. Information is recorded in a data store, pertaining to said option. More specifically, Fig. 16 displays the structure of a FRO value option framework (shown in Box 16.100) in any industry. The FRO value option framework is related to the value element "desire to trade-in flexibility", as shown in Box 16.110. In the initial transaction for FRO, shown by Box 16.200, a customer (shown by Box 16.210) and a company (shown by Box 16.220) transact on the FRO value option. There may be one or more Events (shown by Box 16.230) that follow the initial transaction.
Cette invention concerne un système informatique et un procédé permettant d'offrir des options sur des produits afin d'améliorer l'expérience des clients. Un système informatique décrit dans cette invention est mis en oeuvre de manière à fournir à un client une option qui permet d'utiliser jusqu'à n produits parmi m produits sélectionnés, n étant inférieur ou égal à m. Des informations appartenant à ladite option sont enregistrées dans un magasin de données. En outre, un système est mis en oeuvre pour définir chacun des n produits choisis. Après définition de ces n produits choisis, le client peut les utiliser. Les informations relatives auxdits produits définis sont enregistrées dans un magasin de données.
