A magnetic coupler has a magnetic disc (24') containing permanent magnets located between two electroconductive plates (10, 10') and separated therefrom by air gaps. The magnetic disc and electroconductive plates are mounted on coaxial or parallel- spaced input and output shafts (8, 9) so that rotation of the input shaft causes rotation of the output shaft by way of magnetic friction between the permanent magnets and the electroconductive plates.

Le disque magnétique et les plaques électroconductrices sont montés sur des arbres d'entrée et de sortie coaxiaux ou parallèles (8, 9) de sorte que la rotation de l'arbre d'entrée entraîne la rotation de l'arbre de sortie par friction magnétique entre les aimants permanents et les plaques électroconductrices.
