The invention concerns indolin-2-one derivatives of general formula (I), wherein: R0, R1, R2 and R4 independently of one another represent H, halogen, (C1-C6)alkyl, (C1-C6)alkoxy; R3 represents H, (C1-C6)alkyl; Z represents oxygen, a (C1-C6)alkyl, tetrahydrofuranyl or tetrahydropyranyl group, said groups being optionally substituted; B represents a T-W group, wherein T represents a -(CH2)m- group and W represents a -CONR6R7 group or a -NR8COR9 group; in base or pharmaceutically acceptable salt state, in hydrate or solvate state, as well as its enantiomers, diastereoisomers and mixtures thereof. The invention also concerns a method for preparing said derivatives and their use in therapy.

L'invention concerne des dérivés d'indolin-2-one, de formule générale (I): (I) dans laquelle: - R0, R1, R2 et R4 représentent indépendamment l'un de l'autre un H, un halogène, un (C1-C6)alkyle, un (C1C6)alcoxy; - R3 représente un H, (C1C6)alkyle;- Z représente un oxygène, un groupe (CrC6)alkyle, tétrahydrofuranyle ou tétrahydropyranyle, lesdits groupes étant éventuellement substitués, - B représente un groupe T-W, dans lequel T représente un groupe - (CH2)m- et W représente un groupe -CONR6R7 ou un groupe -NR8COR9; à l'état de base ou de sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable, à l'état d'hydrate ou de solvate, ainsi que ses énantiomères, diastéréoisomères et leurs mélanges.
