A system is provided for managing telephone calls made to special service numbers. Information extracted from incoming telephone calls can be received by a system server and cross-referenced with a database to obtain cross- referenced caller information pertaining to previous customer telephone calls and/or in person customer meetings. The cross-referenced caller information can be passed to a client workstation and displayed to the user in the form of an industry-specific template formatted in accordance with the business needs of the user. The template can be automatically populated with the cross- referenced caller information. During the telephone call, the user can view and update the caller information, thereby maintaining a retrievable record of the telephone call. With regard to the multi-housing industry in particular, caller information can be displayed in the form of a guest card template and/or a service card template.
L'invention concerne un système de gestion d'appels téléphoniques passés vers des numéros de services spéciaux. Des informations extraites d'appels téléphoniques entrants peuvent être reçues par un serveur système et leurs références croisées avec une base de données afin d'obtenir des informations d'appelants à références croisées appartenant à des appels téléphoniques de clients et/ou à des rencontres de clients en personne précédents. Les informations d'appelants à références croisées peuvent être envoyées à un poste de travail client et affichées à l'utilisateur sous la forme d'un modèle spécifique à l'industrie, formaté conformément aux besoins commerciaux de l'utilisateur. Le modèle peut être automatiquement peuplé à l'aide des informations d'appelants à références croisées. Au cours de l'appel téléphonique, l'utilisateur peut visualiser et mettre à jour les informations d'appelant, ce qui permet de conserver ainsi un enregistrement récupérable de l'appel téléphonique. En ce qui concerne l'industrie du logement multiple notamment, les informations d'appelants peuvent être affichées sous la forme d'un modèle de fiche client et/ou d'un modèle de fiche de service.
