The device for pulling a wire (13) in an underground conduit (21) is comprised of a frame (10) comprising an attachment bracket (18) for a beam (3) having at its end a return pulley (30). Owing to the conformity of the attachment bracket (18), traction forces are transferred completely to the beam and frame, so that the means for anchoring the device to the ground (11) can be minimized. This construction allows the beam to be easily placed at an angle when off the conduit centre. The device can also be easily inserted into a wire chamber to operate.
Le dispositif de tirage d'un câble (13) dans une canalisation souterraine (21 ) est constitué notamment d'un châssis (10) comportant un étrier de fixation (18) d'une poutre (3) munie à son extrémité d'une poulie de renvoi (30). De par la conformation de l'étrier de fixation (18), les efforts detraction sont reportés entièrement sur la poutre et le châssis, faisant que les moyens d'amarrage au sol (11 ) du dispositif peuvent être minimisés. Une telle construction permet facilement une mis en biais de la poutre lors d'un excentrage de la conduite. Le dispositif peut aussi facilement être introduit à l'intérieur d'une chambre de câbles pour opérer.
