The object is to provide a compound having an excellent inhibitory effect on acid secretion and showing an anti-ulcer activity or the like. Disclosed is a proton pump inhibitor comprising a compound represented by the formula (I) or a salt thereof or a prodrug of the compoun or the salt: (I) wherein the ring A represents a saturated or unsaturated 5- or 6-membered ring group which, in addition to a carbon atom, may have 1 to 4 heteroatoms each selected a nitrogen atom, an oxygen atom and a sulfur atom as the ring-constituting atoms; the ring-constituting atoms X1 and X2 independently represent a carbon atom or a nitrogen atom; the ring-constituting atom X3 represents a carbon atom, a nitrogen atom, an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; R1 represents an aryl group which may be substituted or a heteroaryl group which may be substituted; R2 represents an alkyl group which may be substituted, an aryl group which may be substituted or a heteroaryl group which may be substituted; and R3 is a substituent on a ring-constituting atom other than X1, X2 and X3 and represents an aminomethyl group which may be substituted by 1 to 2 lower alkyl groups, provided that the ring A may further has a substituent selected from a lower alkyl group, a halogen atom, a cyano group and an oxo group.
La présente invention concerne un composé ayant un excellent effet inhibiteur de sécrétion d'acide et présentant une activité anti-ulcère ou analogues. La présente invention concerne un inhibiteur de pompe à proton comprenant un composé représenté par la formule (I) ou un sel de celui-ci ou un promédicament du composé ou du sel : (I) où le cycle A représente un groupe cyclique à 5 ou 6 éléments saturé ou insaturé qui, en plus d'un atome de carbone, peut avoir de 1 à 4 hétéroatomes choisis chacun parmi un atome d'azote, un atome d'oxygène et un atome de soufre en tant qu'atomes constituant le cycle ; les atomes constituant le cycle X1 et X2 représentent indépendamment un atome de carbone ou un atome d'azote ; l'atome constituant le cycle X3 représente un atome de carbone, un atome d'azote, un atome d'oxygène ou un atome de soufre ; R1 représente un groupe aryle qui peut être substitué ou un groupe hétéroaryle qui peut être substitué ; R2 représente un groupe alkyle qui peut être substitué, un groupe aryle qui peut être substitué ou un groupe hétéroaryle qui peut être substitué ; et R3 représente un substituant sur un atome constituant un cycle autre que X1, X2 et X3 et représente un groupe aminométhyle qui peut être substitué par 1 à 2 groupes alkyle inférieur, à condition que le cycle A puisse en outre avoir un substituant choisi parmi un groupe alkyle inférieur, un atome d'halogène, un groupe cyano et un groupe oxo.
