A filter cassette (1) for removing particles from an air stream, in particular from a gas stream entering a gas turbine, has an upstream end (14) and a downstream end (16) and comprises a mounting frame to which a filter media (4) is fitted and which has a mounting face (5) adapted for mounting the filter cassette to an opening (15) of a partition (6). The mounting face is positioned between the filter cassette's upstream and downstream ends at a first distance (Dup) from said upstream end (14) and a second distance (Ddown) from said downstream end (16). The first and second distances each amount to more than 10% of an overall length of the filter cassette. Preferably, the mounting face (5) is positioned centrally between the upstream and downstream ends (14, 16), approximately in a barycenter line of the filter cassette (1). The filter cassette thus extends to both sides of the partition opening (15). Filter surface area is increased and torque induced by the filter cassette (1) into the partition (6) is reduced.
Cette invention concerne un chargeur de filtre (1) utilisé pour éliminer les particules d'un courant d'air, en particulier un courant gazeux pénétrant dans une turbine à gaz, ledit chargeur de filtre comportant une extrémité en amont (14) et une extrémité en aval (16), ainsi qu'un cadre principal de montage auquel un filtre (4) est fixé et qui comporte une face de montage (5) conçue pour monter le chargeur de filtre sur une ouverture (15) d'une séparation (6). La face de montage est placée entre l'extrémité en aval et l'extrémité en amont du chargeur de filtre à une première distance (Dam) de ladite extrémité amont (14) et une seconde distance (Dav) de ladite extrémité en aval (16). La première distance et la seconde distance valent chacune plus de 10 % de la longueur totale du chargeur de filtre. La face de montage (5) est de préférence centrée entre l'extrémité en amont et l'extrémité en aval (14, 16), approximativement au barycentre du chargeur de filtre (1). Le chargeur de filtre se développe des deux côtés de l'ouverture de la séparation (15). L'aire du filtre augmente et le couple induit par le chargeur de filtre (1) dans la séparation (6) diminue.
