Polyurethanes having improved curing are prepared by reacting a) organic and/or modified organic diisocyanates and/or polyisocyanates with b) polyether polyols based on aromatic amines, able to be prepared by reacting specific amine combinations and, if desired, further coinitiators in a stage wise molecular addition of alkylene oxide, and also, if desired, further relatively high molecular weight compounds containing at least two reactive hydrogen atoms and, if desired, c) low molecular weight chain extenders and/or crosslinkers in the presence of d) blowing agents, e) catalysts and, if desired, f) further auxiliaries and/or additives, wherein the specific amine combination used is a mixture of amines of the diphenylmethane series consisting of from 5 to 20 % by weight of 4-ring amine, from 15 to 30 % by weight of 3-ring amine, from 20 to 35 % by weight of amines having more than 4 rings and from 25 to 50 % by weight of 2-ring amine, wherein the proportions add up to 100 % by weight, in combination with further aromatic amines.
Des polyuréthanes à durcissement amélioré sont préparés en faisant réagir a) des diisocyanates et/ou des polyisocyanates organiques et/ou organiques modifiés avec b) des polyols de polyéther à base d'amines aromatiques, que l'on peut préparer en faisant réagir des combinaisons d'amines spécifiques et, au besoin, d'autres coinitiateurs par addition moléculaire graduelle d'oxyde d'alcénylène, et également, au besoin, d'autres composés de poids moléculaire relativement élevé contenant au moins deux atomes d'hydrogène réactifs et, au besoin, c) des allongeurs de chaîne et/ou des agents réticulants de faible poids moléculaire en présence d) d'agents gonflants, e) de catalyseurs et, au besoin, f) d'autres auxiliaires et/ou additifs, où la combinaison d'amines spécifiques utilisée est un mélange d'amines de la série du diphénylméthane constitué de 5 à 20 % en poids d'amines tétracycliques, de 15 à 30 % en poids d'amines tricycliques, de 20 à 35 % en poids d'amines ayant plus de 4 cycles et de 25 à 50 % en poids d'amines dicycliques, où les proportions totalisent 100 % en poids, en combinaison avec d'autres amines aromatiques.
