Description

The invention provides methods for the treatment of papillomavirus infections. A polynucleotide comprising an immunstimulatory sequence is administered to an individual who has been exposed to or infected by papillomavirus. The polynucleotide is not administered with papillomavirus antigen. Administration of the polynucleotide results in amelioration of symptoms of papillomavirus infection.

Cette invention concerne des méthodes de traitement des infections par papillomavirus. A un individu qui risque d'être exposé, a été exposé ou est infecté par un papillomavirus, on administre un polynucléotide renfermant une séquence immunostimulatoire. Ce polynucléotide n'est pas administré avec un antigène de papillomavirus. Son administration procure une amélioration des symptômes de l'infection par papillomavirus.
