A highly specific homogeneous assay method for an immunosuppressive drug using an immunophilin in a single receptor format is provided. In the simplest format, a single receptor is utilized analogous to a competitive immunoassay whereby an immunophilin is substituted for an antibody, and a competition results between a drug conjugate and the drug analyte for a limited number of immunophilin binding sites. In a microparticle agglutination assay format, an immunophilin is either bound to a particle or in solution. In the case where an immunophilin is bound to a particle, a polyvalent conjugate of the drug analyte is present in solution.

L'invention concerne un procédé de dosage homogène très spécifique destiné à un médicament immunodépresseur, qui utilise une immunophiline dans un format de récepteur unique. Dans le format le plus simple, un récepteur unique est utilisé de façon analogue à un dosage immunologique de type compétitif, dans lequel l'immunophiline remplace un anticorps, un conjugué médicamenteux et l'analyte médicamenteux se disputant le nombre limité de sites de liaison de l'immunophiline. Dans un format de dosage d'agglutination de microparticules, l'immunophiline est soit liée à une particule, soit en solution. Si l'immunophiline est liée à une particule, un conjugué polyvalent de l'analyte médicamenteux est présent dans la solution.
