The present invention relates to compounds which are useful for efficient synthesis of 2-amino-4-oxobicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-2,6-dicarboxylic acids. The compounds according to the present invention comprise 2-oxobicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-6-carboxylic acid derivatives represented by the formula as follows: (see formula 1) [wherein, R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group, a C3-C6 cycloalkyl C1-C6 alkyl group, an aryl group, an aryl C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 alkoxy C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 hydroxyalkyl group, a C1-C6 alkylthio C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 mercaptoalkyl group, a tetrahydrofuranyl group, or a tetrahydropyranyl group; R2 and R3 are identical or different, and each represents a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group, a C3-C6 cycloalkyl C1-C6 alkyl group, an aryl group, or an aryl C1-C6 alkyl group, or alternatively, R2 and R3 together represent -(CH2)n- (wherein n represents 2 or 3); and Y1 and Y2 are identical or different, and each represents a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom, or a nitrogen atom].
La présente invention a pour objet des composés utiles à la synthèse efficace d'acides 2-amino-4- oxobicyclo¬3.1.0|hexane-2,6-dicarboxyliques. Les composés de la présente invention comprennent des dérivés de l'acide 2-oxo-bicyclo¬3.1.0|hexane-6-carboxylique représentés par la formule suivante (voir la formule 1), ¬dans laquelle R1 est un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle en C1-C6, un groupe cycloalkyle en C3-C6 , un groupe (cycloalkyle en C3-C6)alkyle en C1-C6, un groupe aryle, un groupe (aryle en C1-C6)alkyle, un groupe (alkoxy en C1-C6))alkyle en C1-C6, un groupe hydroxyalkyle en C1-C6 , un groupe (alkylthio en C1-C6)alkyle en C1-C6, un groupe mercaptoalkyle en C1-C6, un groupe tétrahydrofuranyle ou un groupe tétrahydropyranyle, R2 et R3 sont identiques ou différents et sont chacun un groupe alkyle en C1-C6, un groupe cycloalkyle en C3-C6 , un groupe (cycloalkyle en C3-C6 )alkyle en C1-C6, un groupe aryle ou un groupe (aryle en C1-C6)alkyle, ou encore représentent ensemble -(CH2)n- (dans lequel n est égal à 2 ou 3), Y1 et Y2 sont identiques ou différents et représentent chacun un atome de soufre, un atome d'oxygène ou un atome d'azote|.
