A micro burnishing apparatus using ultrasonic vibration wherein a structure is contacted at a surface thereof by a ball of a burnishing head while the burnishing head is inserted into a horn, the horn being coupled to an ultrasonic oscillator for generating ultrasonic by oscillating high frequency received from a high frequency generator and the horn being pressurized by a spring, where the ball touches the structure and is vibrated to burnish the surface of the structure, such that surface hardness is increased with improved degree of surface roughness and sharp reduction of processing time.
Un appareil de micro-brunissage utilisant des vibrations ultrasonores est construit avec une sphère d'une tête de brunissage en contact avec la surface d'une pièce à usiner, la tête de brunissage étant portée par insertion d'une pierre présentant un oscillateur à ultrasons couplé pour recevoir une haute fréquence d'un moyen générateur de haute fréquence afin d'osciller dans des vibrations ultrasonores alors que la pierre est pressée par un ressort, dès lors, la sphère étant en contact avec la pièce à usiner dans des vibrations pour exécuter un processus de lissage de surface, améliorant ainsi la dureté de la surface finie à un degré inférieur de rugosité de surface, avec une réduction du temps de finissage de surface.
