It is intended to provide compositions for treating and/or preventing pollenosis which contain from 1 to 10% by mass, in terms of dry matters, of a bamboo leaf extract. Because of containing the bamboo leaf extract at a much higher concentration than the existing preparations, these compositions exert favorable therapeutic and/or preventive effects on severe pollenosis, which can be hardly treated or prevented with the use of the existing antihistamics or steroids, without any side effect.
Cette invention concerne des compositions servant à traiter et/ou à prévenir la pollinose. Ces compositions renferment entre 1 et 10 % en masse, en terme de matière sèche, d'un extrait de feuilles de bambou. Du fait qu'elles contiennent une concentration d'extrait de feuilles de bambou nettement supérieure à celle des préparations existantes, ces compositions présentent des effets thérapeutiques et/ou préventifs favorables sur la pollinose sévère, que l'on peut difficilement traiter ou prévenir à l'aide des antihistaminiques ou des stéroïdes connus, lesquelles compositions n'ont pas d'effet secondaire.
