Particular implementations are particularly useful in providing a system that allows the secure distribution of medical documents through a medical station. In some implementations, the medical station includes a user interface and a camera that captures an image and attaches the image to a medical document. In order to receive a medical document through the system, a user requests a medical examination, enters information into the system by answering questions, and by using medical implements, and then requests the medical document. A picture of the customer or other patient is captured for attachment to the medical document. Another implementation allows a station user to communicate directly with a medical professional during the examination process through a medical interface on the station. Some particular implementations are configured as mobile medical stations.
